Crying?

Dear Roses, yes, it happens to me sometimes during a pa that I start crying...not after, but during an attack. sometimes crying helps me and relieves the pain of panic and i am able to go throught the attack and not run away from the situation - actually, this happened to me a few days ago. i was in mum's office on my own and a huge panic attack started. first i wanted to run away, then i cried and then... i was able to use my skills:) Iwona

Hello everyone, I had a severe panic attack today during my french class after my teacher corrected me on my understanding of her questions. The strangest thing happened though... as I started to notice my normal symptoms of a panic attack I became acutely aware that I was crying. I had no reason to be crying, but it just happened. Has anyone else had this happen during a panic attack? (I am not talking about crying afterwards, like as it being a symptom or reaction) ~Roses
