You have a ton of advice here Super - all of it can be utilized to your advantage. Someone here said, nobody ever died of withdrawal, well, not the quitter anyway ! LOL. Stay strong and fight hard, this is YOUR life we're talking about. Breathe in - breathe out, slowly, deliberately. Relax and re-focus your mind. Keep breathing, you're in charge. Hi Super - No slapping... what about a big dose of gentle compassion for yourself... this IS tough, it's very tough... and for many of us it's the most difficult thing we've ever done... Stay in the moment, and get some distractions on hand to take you away and out of the tougher times... I cannot tell you how many hours I spent in the bathroom with a toothbrush and a spray bottle of bleach... clean the grout, get on the floor and clean corners, get in your kitchen cabinets and give them the most powerful cleaning they've ever had... Distractions kept me quit, friend... Find some projects around the house and get busy... We're all right here... one step at a time, hold on tight... You can do this!
