Hi Sugartart, Those dreams can be a little scary. I think most of us have had them. I had one last night and dreamed that I wa smoking again, I was soooo disapointed at myself. then woke and fianlly realised it was not real, much to my relief. You are doing so well with your quit. hang in there it gets better and easier.
