Well I don't get pressure on top of my head but I do get a lot more headaches when anxious. I also get a feeling of pressure in my head like it is putting pressure behind my eyes. Just thought I would let you know since I figure those are both symptoms that fall ether under head or pressure or both :) anyway, I consider it to be a weird symptom of my anxiety and I find challenging my thoughts about it really helps bring the anxiety down.
Now, if this freaks you out to much though you can always go see your doctor and have it checked out. Once you know that it's nothing serious it will make you challenging your thoughts about it that much easier.
