Start working through the program, a big component of it is learning about yourself so you can better understand your addiction.
 
Some people find that taking a break from drinking for awhile realy helps them get control of their alcohol use.

Hi,
 
I'm new this week.  My ultimate goal would be to stop drinking completly.  I'm thinking about giving up drinking for Lent and am trying to mentally prepare myself for this.
 
I've tried several times to sign up for the email and text support and have not received either. 
 
Any help would be appreciated.
