Glad you were feeling strong on that tough day! Sounds like you used great coping strategies! Isn't walking and gardening therapeutic?

Hope are you doing today?

Hi Betts,
Sorry to hear that you had a bad day yesterday. You stayed strong though, and tried to keep yourself busy. That's great! I'm not sure if I've asked you this before. Are you going cold turkey, or are you using nicotine replacement therapy? "I am struggling today. Not sure why" Are you changing up your old normal routine? A new routine for a new lifestyle helps.  If you stand back and look at what you have did so far, you should be feeling pretty good about yourself. I mean, you have went for over 3 weeks now without a smoke. That's awesome!!! If you get feeling low, or a bad urge hits you, it helps to get on here and write about it. Its kind of like self help therapy, by the time you are done writing, the urge, or the low feelings should be better and easier to handle. This isn't easy by any means is it? Stay the course Betts, you're doing great.
Stay strong.
