There is always going to be an excuse to go back to smoking, at least it seems that way in the beginning of your quit journey. Actually there is NO EXCUSE WHAT SO EVER to go back to that nasty, deadly, life threatening habit. Stay strong no matter what happens in your life. You are back in control now, not the nicotine. Try drinking lots of water to help clean your system out of those poisons you've been inhaling. You can also try the deep breathing exercise. Breath in slowly through your nose, hold for a few seconds and exhale slowly through your mouth. Do this 4 or 5 times and it might help to relieve the headache. Physical activity may also help. Go for walks, go to a gym and workout, go for a swim. Depending on how long and how many you smoked, it could also be that your brain is getting too much oxygen now.
