Hi all. Thanks for all your support. I can safely say that after one year, at least in my case I don't even think about smoking anymore. I now just try to avoid smokey places. Smoke disgusts me.....But I know that just one and I could be back on 40+ a day. So closing life is better as a non smoker. My wish and prayer for all smokers is that they quit one day. John.
