I could not resist a Stats Parade.......9 years / 10 months / 3 days! It still feels great as I watch (and try to help) a friend struggle with her quit.
Whatever it takes, just don't smoke! Never Look Back! The Future is Ahead!
Taking it one day at a time I am now 14 days smoke free. I must be honest. I find comfort coming to this site and reading both successes and struggles because that is the reality of quitting for me after 45 years of smoking. Thank you to everyone who shares.
