  I found walking to be very helpful and the first week I chewed a lot of gum. I still crave a cigarette every so often but it fades away. I feel so much better seeing someone butting out their cig and knowing that those 400 harmful chemicals were not in my lungs !

Myth: Quitting is just a matter of will power.

Fact: Because smoking is an addiction, quitting is often very difficult.
