Headaches are a common withdrawal symptom. Increased blood flow to your brain as a result of your quit may be the culprit. They may occur in the first or second week of your quit and last for a few weeks. If this symptom persists or is not relieved by typical pain relievers, please consult your MD.

To help avoid these headaches, you may want to avoid caffeinated drinks and add relaxation techniques to your daily routine.
