Yep, one day at a time I am giving the tide an opportunity to turn. Feels good to actually be doing something I've been wanting to do for so long! Do not concern yourself with failure, be positive, be positive and be positive. Get busy, and distract yourself. Say I can do this say it again, I can to this again, I can do this. Hang in with the program, by doing so you will start to see the tide turn and it will get easier. Youll begin to be able to think about other things, rather than smoking. You really can get good at quitting to the point, as Windy has said that you have no desire for them. Its true, no desire for them! Give yourself time to get use to not smoking. It is a natural to not smoke, not the other way around.
