Asking others for help/things

20 years ago 0 17 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi, I usually find myself getting stressed out over asking people for things. especially if i don't usually talk to them on a regular basis. I think it's because I don't want them to think I'm the kind of person that calls only when I need something. There was a point in my life when I didn't have any qualms about asking others for things, no matter who they were, but now, perhaps I'm falling back into my old ways. Perhaps this has something to do with my people-pleaser mentality?
