That's great Lainey! Something that is also tough to do and keep up. I know, I weighted 238 lbs at one point and I now weigh 150 lbs and keep it there. I never used WW, but the combined things you are doing, weight training, (walking or arobics, or biking), and proper dieting and eating habits work wonders. Feels great!
