I can't add much more by the way of advice - hopefully things have gotten a bit better. Deep breathing and even if you can walk around the office, the building or wherever you are, it will help. You don't ever want to have to go through this again and so maybe spend a few minutes thinking about a reward for after work. A movie, a good dinner, an electronics gadget you've been wanting, a new tool, a loooong walk or even a bath. You can always just go to bed after the day is over if nothing else helps.
