Sweating & Shallow Breathing

Hey John, I agree with Khris. I don't even need the AC to cause those symptoms. I guess thats why all the books stress learning to calm our breathing. Almost any stimulus will trigger our breathing to change. Sucks, huh? Rachele

I don't need an air condition room to get those symptoms. They are always a part of my panic attacks.

I have the problem when I am in a room which is air conditioned, I began shallowly gasp for air, and have hot flashes in my body, which is causing me to get wet in sweat, chest, forhead, back, and dizzy. Am I the only person who experieces this? Does anyone know about Terrap? Im looking for a place out here in the San Francisco, Ca area.
