Thanks, everyone; Deli, I thought I had changed the no popups thing, but maybe not. I'll see if I can get there and try it again. I am going to remember NOPE today: Not One Puff Ever. This was helpful during these last smoke-free days, and today I'll be with a smoking friend all day. I found it interesting the last few days how the really nasty smell of tobacco smoke on others' clothes or in their vehicles can trigger the desire to smoke, even as I'm noticing how bad it smells....Unlike several other occasions, though, these last times I did not DWELL on it long enough to ask the person for a cigarette.
(I read that "Don't dwell on" advice yesterday somewhere here, but I don't know where. I'd like to read the post again; anybody know where it is?
