Congrats on your quit! Learning how to replace your smoking time with rewarding activites is difficult, but it helps so much. I've found that I can get through a crave much easier if I have an activity in mind to take up a few minutes of my day. I've actually started enjoying my little patio, and I will go out there and look at my flowers and sit with my kitty when a crave hits. If I'm out of the house, I will take out a book to read for a few minutes.
Keep up the good work!
