Word of advice boys and girls until the diets prove successful, now that the weather is warming up beware of the sun's dangerous rays on those exposed "muffin tops"

The message that you put made me laugh so much. That was soo adorable...
I LOVE drumsticks... (that and Ben & Jerry's Chunky monkey :D )
I would like to add you as a friend in my buddy list for the program. Is that okay? My name is Mandy, and I am 26yrs old. I have not yet stopped but I have a date set for me of the 15th of May... I want to do it sooner tho now that I know how supportive and awesome everyone is:)
Please let me know.
Thanks and keep up the great work... (the non-smoking, not the ice cream;) )

Shannon,
Hang in there and don't give up...at least your working out...hehe...thats what i should be doing!!! I will start walking shortly and work my way up to running....soooooon....very soon.
LOL @ Shevie. I love your menu. Sounds gooood. I'll bet your not eating much like that anymore.
:)
Alrighty then....as I sit at my computer...i have noticed something quite unusual. I have this roll sitting in my lap. What's really strange is that it protrudes over my belt. I told the roll to go away since it wasn't invited. When I went to the Dr. he told me it was dunlap disease and I brought it on myself. He asked me if I had changed my diet in anyway. I told him that I discovered ice cream....notably drum sticks...mmmmm. I consumed 8 in 2 days! He told me the only way to rid the roll was to excersize. Anybody ever hear of such a thing??? It took me awhile to notice the roll, therefore it will take me awhile to get rid of it. "deep breath"
I can sooooo relate - I've probably got at least 10 pounds on me that were caused soley by a love for ice cream. :) My latest ice cream crave has been lime and/or orange sherbert... I seem to be craving anything with a tart taste... and, yes I love the drumsticks too!
Since quitting smoking I'm increased my workouts just to compensate for all the extra calories... I've still gained a few pounds but imo it was worth it just to finally give up the smokes!
