There is no diary here, so to speak. Several members have created threads of their own that are their quit diaries that they post to everytime they log in. Others, like me, have created quit diaries in Word and copy/paste good posts and inspirational quotes to it and also write in it everyday, or every once in a while. Both are good options if you want a quit diary. Hope that helps! Crave the Quit! Well Shevie, if we're going to list quit diaries, we may as well mention Riverdale Man's quit diary called "RD Man and all of the quit stories as well!" :p Milaya, there are lots of quit diary threads on this site, so if that's the way you want to go, feel free to do that. It's a great way to let everyone know how you're doing. And us older quitters, and even some newer quitters, will post to encourage you or give you pats on the back whenever needed. Personally, I like my Word Quit diary because it's more personal (and it's 32 pages long!!!!!) and I can put in there whatever I want. But whatever you want to do is great! Crave the Quit! To add to Pam's response, Joyfulspirit's "If u can do it so can I" and Infinite_D's "Here I go again" (in the Chewers and Dippers Corner forum) are excellent examples of quit diaries.
