hi janey,
when I do not want to participate but do not want to be left out ... I bring my cup of tea (a really nice Russian Caravan). When I need to escape I pretend to get water ot think into the cup ...   and it is a comfort thing.  My grandmaman introduced me to tea many moons ago so it calls up good subconscious feelings.

hi my name is janey and having a bad day!feeling very negative with people and i dont know why and i dont like it. i could not even join in the banter at work today as i had a lump in my throat all day.i really dont know what to do with myself!
