Hi Kris, Welcome to the site! Thanks for taking the time to share your introduction here with us. You have found a very supportive place to share your feelings of depression with members who truly understand what it is like to have these feelings. It is great to hear that you are receiving help and have started the online program. Don't worry too much about the pace - the most important thing is that the steps are meaningful for you! Take your time and work at a pace that suits your needs best. Keep us posted on your progress. We look forward to hearing from you again soon, Casey ___________________________________ The Depression Center Support Team

I'm trying to figure it all out. The steps and the work all seem great, hard and very productive. I am in a hospital intensive day program now and don't want to stay forever, so I want to work. I can't manage to do it every day, or not completly, but I use the mood tracker daily. It is all so much now. I don't sleep well, anxiety, meds, etc. I feel a bit guilty that I can't do the program in the proper pace, but I AM SLOW and on a tight schedule at the hospital. I am MDD, older loving mom empty-nester, with poor family support, relatively isolated, and a very high stress, physical job.I am worried.
