Aapje22, Your English is great! No need for apologies! Welcome to the Depression Center. As long as your working through our program tools, you may also want to take a look at our 16 session program. It is located in your session diary. Start working through it. Also be sure to take a look through our forums. There are many experiences you can learn from. Feel free to add your own. We hope to hear from you soon. Danielle _______________________ The DC Support Team

Hello, I'm Jamie, 15 years old and I've had some bad experiences the last 2 years. It may be a bit less severe than some people, but I've done some tests on the internet (Including the test on this website) and I am seriously considering to take this concern to my doctor. The last 2 years I have been feeling down, and I know I'm going through puberty and all but this isn't the normal way people around me are experiencing it. I sometimes notice my dad having bad moodswings, one day he's extremely happy and nice, but he has periods he's very irritatable and unhappy too. He has been hit when he was younger, so I think it can be because he had a very bad childhood. I actually came to this 'group' because I was looking up on depression (Since my behavior changed a bit, I've been picking fights, have always been the one who doesn't talk much, and I don't really seem to care about things lately.) and I'm going to talk to my mother about it soon. I don't really know what to say more, except hello everyone :) [And I'm sorry if my english isn't perfect, but I'm dutch.]
