For me, once I figured it out, the most consistent help has been the mindful awareness that whatever I was experiencing in the way of craves, urgings, or smoking thoughts were doing me no harm, were only temporary, and were, in fact, signs of healing.

I'd most recommend SSC - followed by mint toothpicks, baby-cut carrots, and green tea. :)
