heart palpations

I had heart palpations last night from 8:00pm to 2:00am,that was the worst I ever had them I was so scared, but I know it was from stress and anxiety.I was in a stressfull situation about 12 hours before. My brother has anxiety and he gets them all the time. Its hard not to worry but it is a normal respones to anxiety. stop these feelings. A slow heart beat is also a comRacing heart, slow heart beat, palpitations Anxiety releases adrenaline into the blood stream making the heart race and feel as if it is missing beats, (palpitations). This is perfectly natural and will not and cannot harm you in any way. Later I will discuss methods you can use to helpmon feature of anxiety, again it does not mean that your heart will stop beating, it may feel odd and alarming but again do not give it any credibility and it will go away.I got this off the net, hope its useful. :)

Palpitations are very normal. They are not dangerous. Everyone gets them, some notice it more than others (like us). You will be ok!! :)

I should add though that if you are worried , go have it checked out by a physician. This may ease your worries about them. Jimbo

Hi kitten, After a little research on this I found out that this is actually normal for everyone. Its just that us lucky folks with anxiety have an accute sense to such things going on. Most folks don't think twice about them. I just chalk it up as I'm lucky I can hear my body function properly. So , yes you will be ok, so don't worry be :), Jimbo
