hi Pond, i had the same thing happen to me over the weekend.i was just out visiting with friends having a good game of cards then i stared to get all ya know..i don't even know how to explain it really, but i did reconize the hard beatting of my heart and i thought to myself"oh no not again"but ya know what,i let the feeling pass which was only for about 5 secs.and totally ignored it and went on having a good time with my friends and soon i forgot all about it and didn't end up having a bad attack at all.as thay say"think happy thoughts"

i had my third day at work, the previous two went well. when all of a sudden i became anxious which usually leads into a panic attack. the feelings in my head told me i need to get out, i want to leave and all the other negative thoughts. i walked out the building and went for a walk. it took about five mins to calm down, and then i returned, and the rest of the day went fine. when i got home in the evening i kept thinking what if that happens again. can anyone relate to this and how best to react to this if it happens again. thank bern
