Could The Test Been Wrong??

I do not want to sound paranoid or neurotic but I am still having those horrible symptoms of dizziness, blurred vision, nausea and the killer headache that will not go away. My Mother-in-law told me that I should of had an MRI instead of a catscan becaue its more accurate and that on some occasions a catscan can miss a brain tumor! Is that true?? I really thought when the catscan was fine these scary symptoms would go away, I wake up in the morning with it and thats a classic sign of a tumor, I know ER rooms are busy and they could of missed something or read it wrong. I really hate to feel and think this way, I am really scared, should I call the hospital? I called a chiropractor because of the sore neck and they said they want to see the catscan just to make sure all is alright, why would they want that? I feel like I am living in a nightmare, I do not know what to do, these symptoms should of gone away by now, the eye doctor said my vision is alright, the only thing I can think of is my neck is stiff and sore and thats causing the headaches but I do not think it can cause blurred vision or nausea. I do not know what to do or who to call, I have been sick for two weeks, I just want to feel better and healthy, I know I am going to have a panic attack because of this fear. Could the scan have missed something, is it accurate, or is a MRI better? I hope they read it right. I am sorry I am just so scared because these symptoms will just not go away. Debbie.
