I'm proudly marching smoke free today in DC! Gotta love smoke free cities! Its so nice to see not many smokers out and about! Most people try to be very healthy here! Thanks for kicking off today's parade Kaiser!

Haven't marched in Monday morning parade in a while. Happy to be here struttin' the stats, and still very, very grateful to be smoke free. Life is better without that haze of smoke.
