Alright ... so I've done it! Made it through the rest of my divorce proceedings, Christmas and New Years and now almost 6 months smoke free! Whoopee! So now I have to concentrate on trying to lost the 20 lbs. I've gained these last six months  I walk ALOT with my dogs but I guess it's going to take more, sigh.
