Medication!

20 years ago 0 79 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Hi After reading a lot of replies on this site I just wondered if anybody found medication helpful. I live in England and when you go to the doctor he with Panic attacks/disorder, they are reluctant to perscribe medication. In my experience they like to send you on anxiety management courses and then review it. The most they seem to offer is betablockers to slow your heart down. Just wondered if meds were used to just surpress the symptoms?
