Hi there, yes, fatigue is very normal. Quitting smoking is hard work, so it's no wonder you feel tired. Rest when you need to--be good to yourself. Walking is a great way to boost your endorphins and grow your energy, so do it whenever you can, even for ten or fifteen minutes. No one can say how long it will last because everyone is different, but please know that it will pass. Good luck!
