This is a usual side effect of quitting. Do you also notice mild constipation ?.
The body goes through some pretty serious chemical adjustments 3 weeks following the quit. The body learns to manage it's own sugar, fat, & dopamine reserves all over again to that of prior to smoking..thats why we get the dizzy, exhausted & spaced out feelings.
Smoking a cigarette triggers the body to release these reserves, by smoking we self medicated :8o:
Eat plenty of Fruit (contains natural sugars) drink lots of water & most importantly enjoy these side effects as they don't last long,
It's the body healing itself. ;p
