I would like to thank everyone for your encouraging and wise words. Just to let everyone know, I had a BIG test this weekend, my 15 year old son left the house Saturday afternoon around 2pm, said he was going to a friends, well at 9:30pm I was driving around looking for him, with no success. I finally fell asleep on the couch at 2 am, when I woke in the morning, he still wasn't home. I filed a police report at 2pm Sunday, and at 3:45pm Sunday he called. Turns out he was at another friends house and they didn't have a phone. I would say passing that test was a leap forward for me. I remember thinking about smoking, but another voice in my head kept saying that would be stupid, your not going throw it all away for this, it won't change anything. So I never even came close to smoking, and my thoughts were under control for the most part, except for the part of wanting to do bodily harm to my son!!! LMAO So to all my friends, I am doing well, there is nothing like getting a good old dose of reason and tough love from all of you. Thanks again, I'll keep you all posted, and I am glad to see everyone doing well. Peace.
