Where do you put it? I put mine on my upper back, not a lot of sweating going on there, but I work in an air-conditioned office. Hmm, I usually put it in a place that I don't put lotion on. I seem to have the most problems when sweating at work. Hey, Cheeks. I have had problems with the patch sticking. Humidity is one, make sure the area you're sticking it on is dry & don't put any lotion or anything on it. Once it's stuck, humidity shouldn't loosen it, I have left them on in the bath. Also, check the expiry date. I have found that the name brands stick better than the store brands, but I have also had a couple of "duds" in a box, that just will not stick even though the others from the same box are just fine. I guess you could try medical tape but I find that doesn't work all that well in humidity, either. I am using the patch to quit smoking. I have a question for anyone else who has used the patch. Do you ever have a problem with the patch sticking? When I quit before while using the patch (made it a whopping 3 days) I never had issues with it sticking. This was during the winter months here in Iowa, so maybe the heat and humidity are a contributing factor. I'm thinking of getting some medical tape to keep it taped in place, but not sure if that would work or not. Any advice is very much welcomed.
