I'm getting ready to take the patch off for tonight. I had a great first day and was very busy spending money, planting and transplanting, and dropping off kids (that's a plus right there! hehehe) So I have a question. . . Why won't my meter thingy work :quest: I was looking forward to it showing me how many smokes I didn't have and how much $$ I saved... It just doesn't seem to be tracking... I dunno. But I had a good today. Sounds like you are off to a great start Mama! Keep that positive attitude going and it will be much easier. Remind yourself how good you are being to yourself by ridding your body of the poisons and how much more freedom you will have. Be prepared for rough patches, though and have some plans for what to do if cravings hit. Today, Day One... Is running quite smoothly. I actually slept in because it's my off day and I was tired and my wonderful hubby got our beautiful daughter off to school and I started moving about 8 a.m. I had to because my son had a doctor's appointment at 10:30 so I jumped in the shower and flew to the store for my patches. I haven't smoked since 10:30 last night and I will stay that way til the day I die. I have been reading the post and will continue to read the tools provided and I must say I feel pretty darn good!
