Take lots of breaks. This is the beginning of your journey, so everything will hit a nerve (at least for most of us).
Breaks, AND ride a crave like a wave, I always say. Lean into it rather than resisting it. What we resist gets stronger, and becomes more powerful.
Always remember that a crave passes w/the clock, so it WILL end, you just hold on tight while you ride it out.
Spend every minute you can reading, reading and reading posts here and you will find a map, as it were, to peace and calm.
