Get that quit meter going! Maybe it will be a source of inspiration to you. I know just how you feel. But, isn;t that a clear sign to us of how addictive nicotine is; a sign of what a horrible addiction this is? Think of it that way. It is a sign that your body and mind is trying to heal itself from the harm of continued nicotine use. It will not last forever. Hang in there..read, and post, read and post. Avoid smokers, distract yourself, pamper yourself. It is hard, but worth it and you can do it..you need to believe that.
