Happy Birthdya Rhonda and big congrats to all of you who are in your first week of quitting. Smoking has been banned from restaurants and bars for so long here, I always get shocked if I go somewhere and discover that there is still a smoking section.
Protect your quit at all costs.....stay away from the smokers and keep your coping tools at your side. It all gets better as time goes on.

Difficult question
On December 26th I finally fet I was there and at that point abndoned the nicotine gum.I can honestly say I had had a couple of horrid craves since but they are diminishing day by day.
NEVER give in to a crave I wont because I cant go through the last 150 days again EVER!
I smoked 20 a day for 50 years.
