Tennielle, Day 11-12 were very tough for me. I second-guessed myself all over the place. Don't do that. Don't look back-don't look ahead. Stay focused right here. You sure don't want to throw away the hard work you've done in the past 12 days, do you? Please believe me..things will be brighter during the next couple of days.
You can't gradually quit. It just doesn't work that way. If you keep putting the drug into your system, you will keep going through withdrawals. The only way to get through to the other side is one step at a time, one hour at a time, one day at a time.
Please hang with it...stay close by this site...holler out if you need help.
Rusty :)
