very disappointed in myself

Hello. It took me several tries to get it right and those all started with a drag. Many times I was mad at myself and frustrated. This addiction is stronger than you think. With that knowledge, never ever take another drag. Learn and mover forward! Cindy, I know this sounds weird but when is the last time you took one drag and set a cigarette back down? I think that says you want this quit pretty bad. Don't beat yourself up. Move forward. You are heading in the right direction. Keep going. I don't think anyone in this world has become successful at anything without sometype of setback. Just learn from this...stay close to the site and don't do that anymore :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 9/10/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 21 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 437 Amount Saved: $115.5 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 14 Mins: 2 Seconds: 26

I do not feel sad for you as you surely must feel sad enough, about the puff, for all of us. It was a sneaky thing to do. That addiction is a strong one. Hardest things I have ever done. Maybe try some type of NRT to give you an advantage over cold turkey.
