Chickstarr, I stayed on the lozenges well past the reccommended time frame. I found that (just like with cigarettes) I couldn't cut down. Finally, one day I set a quit date. I decided to treat it just like I did when I quit the cigs. I gathered coping tools, reviewed my glove box, and talked to my family about how it was going to be difficult for a while. I even set up a seperate quit meter for my NRT quit date. Then I just took the plunge!
You know what the most amazing thing was? It wasn't hard. A couple of iffy days, then it was over! You will be amazed at the freedom!!
