Yes I know the year thing and it still seems hard for me to just be.
I did go to the pool after I fixed a great cold dinner. Swam, walked the dog, ate watched tv and just laid low.
It was just a hard day, a surprise and I guess those surprise days are there. I got through, can't say I am happy and a huge part of that is the difficulty I have breathing. This was getting better and now it seems bad and there are others who have never smoked in their lives who are having the same breathing problems I have.
So it was a hard day. I went ahead and did the things where I could not smoke and got through, I did not smoke. To bed and tomorrow will hopefully be better.
