Finishing Zyban treatment?

I don't know a thing about zyban, but others do and I'm sure they'll respond. As far as why I post? It isn't so much to get support, as I feel quite secure in my quit. But I do feel an obligation to give back to the site that made my quit possible. At first, I was like everyone else, struggling, learning, crying. But then as time went on, I was able to give support to others...it is amazing how much it helped my own quit to help others. In addition, I belong to a couple of other support and friendship groups. It's wonderful to have a group of folks who you may never meet but you feel like you have known them forever. Don't worry about the future, Kerin. Focus on today and your coping mechanisms right now. The future will come plenty soon. Kerin, Congrats on great success for you and hubby. The members will be along to share their experiences. Every quit is different and yours will be unique :) You may have a crave or two at the one year mark or they may be long gone by then. We can all learn from one another's experiences, and this is why members continue to come here. Support and knowledge is the key, let us guide you through! Keep Strong, Josie _____________________ The SSC Support Team.
