Some of us are with Weight Watchers and get weighed in every week and others of us are only with Waist Watchers and weigh ourselves every week.

IMO Losing weight is mind over matter, much like smoking. You have to always be aware of yourself and what you are eating. Be mindful. Remember to eat high fiber, low fat. Lots of fruits, only a little sugar.
I keep a journal of what I have eaten every day.
