Aekvall,
On the left side of the screen, under QUIT PROGRAM TOOLS, you'll see a section marked SSC INSTANT MESSENGER. Download it, works much like MSN but connects you directly with other quitters. To add buddies, just go through any of the forums and on the left hand side of their post you'll see the words ADD TO BUDDY LIST.
Next, time to distract yourself. If you don't have the energy for anything physical or that involves people in any capacity there's still quite a few options: music, puzzles, computer games, art, video games, movies anything really that will keep your mind and hands occupied.
Lastly, what's your reward system? This is very important to maintaining your quit, especially during those first few weeks. Rewards should be both big and small. Example: Everytime you crave, you get your favorite candy. At the end of another smoke free day you get a full hour in the tub and at the end of the smoke free week a trip to the mall to buy yourself something nice with all the money you saved. Whatever works for you.
Hope this helps you get through,
Danielle
