Breaking free
Take deep breaths, I here with you,
Work irritates me, hubby does, daughter does and my son who is recovering from an op is irritating me - I think it must be me.
I/we need to take a step away and treat myself, I think that could be our problem here we are not taking care of us - we need to take care of us, we are healing, mending, recovering from an addiction - picture a heroine addict going through clod turkey, how bad do they have it, why do we expect not to react and try and carry on with everyday things, we need to look after ourselves.
Right go outside, take deep breaths, sit down and release all tension, close your eyes, smell the new world, welocme our new world, smile at the thought of how well we have done, smile at the thought we can now go anywhere do anything, see our children grow, be here when they have children.
Say HELLO to our new lives
We are doing the right thing
