Here I am. Don't post much, but I do stop in to read often. Can't believe I am where I am, toughtest journey I have ever been on. The past few days have been rough again. Not so much craving, but thinking of smoking and lots of crying which I didn't have in the beginning. Making up for it now. Try to keep myself busy with something to help keep the tears in check. Monday was bad and I still went to work in the afternoon and that helped, not sure how my eyes looked :( but I made it. I feel so much better than when I smoked that I just don't want to go back to it again, but I sure hate some of this we all go through.. Well anyway, keep up the good work all you that are starting out on this journey. We can do this!!!
