Wendy, Lady, Thanks for the email. I am alive and basically well. It�s just been a hectic week with TOO MUCH to accomplish in a limited time.
My birthday was last week and we had 2 other mini celebrations, so my diet went down the drain. I did manage to go to Tai Chi twice and the Tai Chi video I ordered came in. Haven�t put it to use yet, but plan to this week. Starting back on the diet tomorrow.
b- cottage cheese/flax, toast/olive oil
l- chicken/cheese/spinach on English muffin
d- left over stuffed salmon, tomato/pasta/cheese
s- chocolate ice cream/banana (bad girl, bad bad girl)
