Addiction is smoking a cigarette and immediately using your inhaler so you (I) can breathe better. Supernova You hit the nail on the head! My husband used to say, "now there is a picture! A pack of Winston Lights and an Inhaler right next to each other". How stupid was I!!!!!!! I have not had to use my inhaler once since I quit smoking! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/1/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 14 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 361 Amount Saved: $70 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 12 Mins: 48 Seconds: 12

You know what this one says to me? That what ever addiction is ___________(fill in the blank) AKA - it's a freak'n chain around my neck. I gotta break loose or go down with it. Do I hate myself enough to go down with it? I may not want to go there, but I need to go there enough to cut loose. I got too much dependent on me to the point that I have made my choices and now need to follow through with a giving of myself. I feel like I'm cutting loose. It's a big a--- thick rope, but I'ma cut'n. still cut'n! Addiction is smoking that cigarette before a run on a beautiful summer day because you are too agitated to make it through the run without it. Turns out you won't be able to make it throught the run anyway, you cant breathe bacause of the smoke you had to have before running the run you only could've done if you hadn't. phew. for the millionth time thank GOD we don't have to deal with this anymore!! FOREVER free ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/9/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 157 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,733 Amount Saved: $555.78 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 9 Mins: 57 Seconds: 47
